Weighted Grade Calculation: Formula and Example

Formula:
Weighted Grade = (g₁ × w₁ + g₂ × w₂ + ... + gₙ × wₙ) ÷ (w₁ + w₂ + ... + wₙ)

Where:
g = grade (in percentage or points) for each task
w = weight of each task (percentage or points possible)

Multiply each grade by its weight:
